A Jersey City-based development/property management company is looking for experienced and dedicated professionals to join our growing maintenance team. Skilled individuals in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or general repairs are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Experience in maintenance, repairs, or installations
Solid interpersonal & communication skills (must be proficient in English)
Good listener with the ability to accurately transmit information
Reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional
Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Extremely dependable & flexible to work during emergency situations
Must have own car & a valid driver’s license
Own a set of tools
Weekend & evening availability if scheduled or as needed for emergencies
Knowledge of or ability to learn property management software for maintenance/repair scheduling and documentation (currently using Yardi software for purchase orders and work orders)
Ability to represent the company professionally at all times
Spanish knowledge is a plus
Position Details:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Pay: $25-$35 per hour (based on experience)
