What is Softwash Ranger? We are a local, family-owned company that is experiencing amazing growth due to our talented employees and our dedication to providing amazing customer service to our clients.
What does Softwash Ranger do? Primarily we clean the exterior of homes using our advanced "Soft Wash" system. We apply products to the home to remove algae and mildew. Instead of using pressure washers to do this, we allow our advanced products to do the work.
Who are we looking for? Our ideal employee is someone who has worked a labor-type job and excelled at it. Has a valid drivers license and a car to get to work. We work outside in the heat and cold. We have an amazing company culture that has fun including contests and rewards. Our ideal person would fit right into that culture. Negative people, complainers and grouches honestly don't last long - and our employees love that!
Finally, you must be physically ready , show up to work everyday , able to carry ladders, climb those ladders and other various physical activities. You will get a work-out here. Safety is a huge priority and we ensure you work safely.
What can a new employee expect? Your first week of employment is filled with paid training and certification. We provide you with company uniforms and pair you with a team trainer. We do all kinds of work including washing of homes, deck cleaning, roof cleaning, concrete and paver cleaning as well as Holiday Lights. During the winter months employees will continue on to do our "Winter Work" (ICE DAM REMOVAL), which is optional. Some employees choose to take the winter off. We typically work Monday-Friday and sometimes Saturday.
