We are searching for a customer service representative/consultant to join our team at a custom cake studio located in Little Ferry, NJ. The Junior Cake Sales Associate will help clients, especially brides, design their dream cake. We work in an energetic and fast-paced environment. If you are creative, detail-oriented, and outgoing this is the place for you!
Experience in the art field or hospitality industry is a plus!
Weekend availability is an absolute MUST!
Duties:
In-person sales
Field phone, email and in-person inquires
Do In-person, Phone and Zoom consultations
Order tracking and scheduling
Work with bakery production team to schedule and produce orders
Manage and update POS and CRM system
Skills:
Must be creative and have an eye for color and design
Must feel comfortable doing freehand sketch design
Congenial, Friendly and Personable
Calm under pressure
Able to multitask and handle several orders at one time.
Must be comfortable answering phones/emails/using in-house system.
