Self-starter and disciplined. Must have experience as a Superintendent in a Multi-Family Apartment House. Need skills to turn over apartments: carpentry, plumbing, electric. Also, respond to Work Orders, cleaning, waxing hallways, trash removal.
Must be able to respond to emergencies 24/7.
Personal skills to interact with Tenants on a purely professional level.
