Looking for a cleaning tech or subcontractor with medical cleaning experience to clean a medical office in Newton. Cleaning needed Monday thru Friday and 2 Saturdays per month. Cleaning duties include trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning, desk cleaning, etc. Each cleaning will take approximately 2.5 hours per cleaning or approx. 60 hours per month. Pay is $850.00 per month for payroll employee (approx. $14.00 per hour) or $1,000.00 per month for subcontractor with liability insurance. Work must be performed after business hours, after 7:30 pm most nights. We will provide all chemicals and equipment. Pay is made by check or direct deposit on the 15th and final day of each month. More work will be available for excellent performance.
