A Property Management company is looking for an responsible individual to work as part of the management companies custodial team.
With additional experience duties will include but not limited to:
Perform building and common area upkeep of managed properties.
Accurately document work performed on service requests.
Promote good public relations with customers, residents, co-workers.
Refuse removal and properties as part of custodial duties
Assist with apartment make ready after tenants vacate
Perform effective emergency maintenance(after hours) as required.
Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl etc.
Willing to perform various tasks
Tolerance of hot and cold weather, as may be necessary
Assistant maintenance staff
Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of the following:
Cleaning supplies
User-Moved Aids: ladders, stepladders etc.t
Education High School Diploma or trade school preferred not required. Must be literate. Minimum 5 years work experience.
Bondable and Valid Drivers license preferred not a must.
OSHA certified a plus
Hours available: starting at 20 hrs a week to begin with the potential of additional hours based on performance and skill level.
