We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to lead and manage onsite operations
- Oversee daily operations on multiple job sites
- Hands on leadership, strong organizational skills and ability to manage crews, equipment and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely and on time
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain communication with project manager and clients regarding job progress
- Monitor project timelines, materials and cost
- Resolve onsite issues and provide direction as needed
- Ability to interpret construction documents and plans
