We are looking for reliable and responsible candidate for Warehouse Supervisor

FULL TIME

Monday – Friday

Pay Rate Between $22-$24

Shift: 9a.m. to 6 p.m.

Job Description

A warehouse supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including staff, inventory, and safety:

LG THD Supervisor

· Picking, packing, palletizing orders

· Unload/load incoming and outgoing shipments by using equipment such as pallet jacks/handtrucks and etc.

· Move shipments within the warehouse using equipment such as pallet jacks/handtrucks and etc.

· Scan shipments to receive into the WH system

· Inspect and report damages to shipments

· If trained, run inspections of the appliances that are being returned to confirm the reason for the return

· Sweep, mop, pick up trash in and outside the warehouse

· Strong work ethic and organizational skills

· Ability to lift 50 or more pounds without assistance

· Ability to stand comfortably for six or more hours at a time

· Dexterity of hands

· Sight to be aware of hazards

· Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions

· Additional work not listed may be assigned

· Use forklift/clamp (whichever the employee is licensed to drive) to safely move goods in or around the warehouse/building site, if licensed

· overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff

· Be able to prioritize tasks and multitask

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

· Ability to anticipate and solve problems.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to meet deadlines.

· Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.

Qualifications:

· Warehouse supervisors often work in busy environments where priorities can change quickly, so they need to be able to multitask and delegate effectively.

· Manage time well, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, requirements, and how long they may take to complete.

· High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

· Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.

· Computer Savy.

· Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.

· Work permit

Spanish is a plus
