Healthcare company seeks experienced New Jersey real estate lawyer to negotiate office lease with institutional landlord. Minimum experience required: 5 years of practice in real estate law. Preference will be given to candidates with experience negotiating commercial office space leases on behalf of tenants. Admission to the New Jersey bar is required.
Compensation is up to $250/hour depending on experience. Interviews start immediately.
