An Immigration law firm is seeking to hire a paralegal, who will work largely on business and partially on family immigration matters, including but not limited to the following:
· Case intake and review of nonimmigrant visa applications, such as H1B, L1, TN and E3 applications
· PERM cases including filing of PWD’s, filing PERM’s, preparation of I-140 cases and employment-based adjustment applications
· Citizenship and Naturalization cases
· Work on RFE’s responses, NOIR’s and NOID’s
· Work on family based cases such as USC’s and LPR’s sponsoring their family relatives, removal of conditions of residence, marriage based greencard cases etc.
Qualifications required are as follows:
Must have a minimum of an Associate’s degree
Must have 1-2 years experience working in both business and family immigration matters
Must have good writing and research skills and attention to detail
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
