Real Estate Solo Attorney seeking a full time assistant to handle all duties in connection with office administration and real estate transactions from inception to closing. Duties include, but are not limited to: greeting clients and all office visitors; receiving and handling calls and emails from clients, realtors, title companies, mortgage brokers and attorneys; opening files; ordering and reviewing title commitments; managing deadlines; scheduling closings; reviewing Closing Disclosures; preparing sale documents; preparing the file for closing.
The position requires exceptional secretarial, administrative, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. A high degree of professionalism is required. The ability to multi-task while also adapting to changes in deadlines and in the nature of the assignment are a must. The candidate must be a self-starter and take initiative to solve problems, be detail oriented, be punctual and reliable, be able to work independently, as well as be a team player.
Experience is preferred, but will consider training a bright, dedicated, individual willing to learn.
