MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience handling P.I. matters.
- Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and in good standing.
- Must have a reliable transportation.
- On occasion, must be willing to make court appearance, including on municipal court matters.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Well-versed in Personal Injury & Worker's Comp matters.
- Well-versed in General Civil Litigation Procedure .
- Experienced in defending insurance carriers in P.I. matters.
- Licensed to practice in New York.
