Prudent Publishing Company, Inc., Established in 1929 and leading manufacturer of premium quality paper products for the corporate marketplace known as The Gallery Collection®, is seeking a Foil Line Heidelberg Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Landing, NJ. ◊ Up to $500 Sign-On Bonus payable in two installments ◊
SALARY: $18.00 - Per Hour
Job Purpose: Set up and operate a Heidelberg press to produce customized greeting card orders. Perform in-order quality checks to insure compliance to strict standards for producing customers’ orders while maintaining the highest standards for safety. Due to the seasonality of our business, may be required to perform others duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Follow established procedures for printing our products
Contribute to team effort by meeting or exceeding production goals
Adhere to safety procedures while operating printing press
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
No Experience Necessary - Paid Training
Manual dexterity, attention to detail and good hand and eye coordination is a must
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift or move up to 40 - 45 pounds is required
Shift:
Monday thru Friday 7:00am – 3:30 PM – Exclusive of OT
Potential for up to 11 hours/day Opportunity for weekend overtime last 8 weeks of the year
