Fire Sprinkler Installation & Service Company.
Seeking an Experienced Administrative Assistant.
Must have over 5 years Experience.
Job description:
- Assistant Project Manager
- Manage incoming calls
- Schedule and create work orders
- Follow up with all open work orders and their inspection/repair dates
- Schedule annual inspections for systems previously installed
- Schedule town Inspections for jobs in progress (Rough & Final)
- Assist in various projects as needed
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Must be proficient with MS Office
- Must be Bilingual ( English & Spanish)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (read and write)
- Strong ability to work independently and use sound judgment as well as work in a team environment
- Multitask
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Must be organized and efficient with an attention to detail
- Must be motivated with a strong work ethic and the desire to grow with our company.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
