Retail and Commercial Facility Management and Construction Company seeks part-time Assistant Project Manager.
This position is usually fast-paced and detail orientated. You would be responsible for managing smaller jobs from dispatch to completion and assisting a Project Manager with larger scale projects.
Our clients expect work to be completed in a timely manner and done well. We strive to meet and even to exceed their expectations. Basic administrative duties and computer skills are required. Please be a team player that is also able to work independently
A successful candidate would have experience in the following areas:
- Vendor contact and follow up
- Client contact and follow up
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Word, Outlook
- Phone work/ internet searches
- Status updates / database entries
- Well developed working knowledge of Excel
- Some background in construction industry helpful
- Basic administrative duties/ office work
Must be hard working and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Competitive hourly pay and periodic bonuses.
