Looking for someone with an awesome personality
Promptly respond to and follow up on internet and telephone inquiries in a professional manner from potential customers primarily seeking information about product availability.
Pursue leads, and follow-up with customers by making calls, returning emails, and voicemails,
Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products
Identify customer's needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability.
We will train you for success.
Your primary function is to schedule appointments for customers to visit our dealership we can sell them a vehicle.
Qualifications - BDC Phone / Internet Sales Rep.:
Will bring a positive attitude and be ready to hit the ground running
Has fantastic communication skills,
Has a high level of professionalism, integrity and well-groomed personal appearance,
Has strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to assist others,
Is highly motivated must have a strong desire to succeed,
Has an outstanding personality with expertise in developing lasting relationships.
Telephone/call center experience is a plus
Good computer, communication and customer service skills
A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career
Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
