POSITION: Executive Assistant
LOCATION: New York, NY
HOURS: 9:00am-6:00pm
COMPENSATION: DOE $110k on a base + Benefits + Bonus

This Executive Assistant will support a Managing Director in the Chief Legal Office and 1-2 other team members.
Responsibilities:
Heavy calendar management including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings and coordinating with other assistants
Answering calls and acting as gatekeeper
Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings; coordinating registration and greeting guests
Completing detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and project codes
Maintaining contacts in Outlook
Maintaining and organizing files
Coordinating complex travel arrangements including flights, visas, cars, hotels, and other reservations
Planning, coordinating and managing conferences and events
Creating and/or proofing memos and presentations
Working on various ad hoc projects
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience supporting a senior leader in a corporate setting
Thrives and remains poised in a high pressure environment where there are multiple competing priorities and deadlines/deliverables
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
Team player – energetic, enthusiastic and personable
Ability to work independently and exercise initiative and judgment where appropriate
Maintains highest level of confidentiality and integrity
Experience with coordinating travel arrangements both domestic and international
Strong Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint, emphasis on Outlook and Excel)
Familiarity with Concur
