RJ Dental Roselle is currently seeking a Dental Scheduler/Lead Specialist
Responsibility includes:
Answering and Returning phone calls / Voicemail management
Email and Text responses
Checking In Patient for appointments
Management of Daily Schedule to achieve daily/ Monthly production goals
Insurance verifications and breakdowns prior to Patients Scheduled Appointment
Perform duties of Lead specialist: Converting New leads into New Patients (Cold Calling )
Collections of patient’s deductible and patient portion for treatment as stated by signed treatment plan
Experience:
Dental Experience NOT Necessary But a PLUS
Call Center Experience/ Cold Calling
Collections
Previous experience in Med Spa & Cosmetic Surgery Sales, Automotive sales
Compensation:
Base pay
Incentive pay
Bonus
