One of New Jersey's premier Real Estate brokerages is on the hunt for a dynamic Broker/Manager with experience leading a team of sales professionals toward their individual and team goals. Our managers mentor agents and assist with transactions, perform administrative functions, and ensure that the office operates smoothly.
The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and management and have a background in real estate. Sales managers recruit and train new agents to build the office and manage a profit-and-loss statement according to annual goals. Candidates must be able to develop a culture within the office that is in line with the firm's result oriented methodology.

Responsibilities
Recruit experienced sales professionals
Keep agents informed on company education being offered and any changes going on within the company
Attend Leadership meetings
Maintain a healthy P and L
Share in profits
Qualifications
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Must have had success running a team or office in the past
A willingness to learn, stay up-to-date on market trends and have a growth mentality
Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 yearly plus bonus
