Our restoration company is expanding, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to help us grow our presence in NJ. This role focuses on building relationships within the local community — including plumbing suppliers, HVAC distributors, realtors, property management companies, and homeowners — to increase awareness of our professional restoration and cleanup services.
As a Local Business Development Representative, you’ll represent our brand across your area, strengthen partnerships with local businesses, and help generate new opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Visit plumbing and HVAC supply stores, property management offices, and other local businesses to introduce our company and services
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, realtors, and community partners
Identify potential restoration leads and communicate them to our management team
Stay informed on local market activity and report opportunities or trends
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and able to build rapport easily
Reliable transportation for local travel
Professional, organized, and self-driven
Compensation:
$150–$600 per day (Commision Based)
Schedule:
Flexible hours – part-time or full-time opportunities available.
