Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our paving company as Door-to-Door Canvassers. In this role, you will visit neighborhoods where we are actively working to engage homeowners and schedule estimates for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads by informing potential customers about our paving services and setting up appointments for further consultations.
Responsibilities:
Visit residential areas where our paving projects are underway.
Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about our paving services and answer basic inquiries.
Schedule appointments for our sales team to provide detailed estimates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and meeting new people.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Reliable transportation to travel to designated neighborhoods.
Prior experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
$20 per hour.
Flexible working hours with both part-time and full-time positions available.
