What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring both licensed and non-licensed agents who are willing to obtain a license. A strong sales background is a plus, but not required—we will train you from start to finish!
Your Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Develop customized plans based on client needs.
Address client questions and concerns.
Stay compliant with state insurance regulations.
Continually seek opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation:
Earnings depend on work ethic, skill level, and ability to follow our proven system:
Part-Time (1-2 sales/week): $450 - $900/week ($25,000 - $50,000/year)
Average (3-5 sales/week): $1,350 - $2,250/week ($75,000 - $125,000/year)
Above Average (6-8 sales/week): $2,700 - $3,600/week ($150,000 - $200,000/year)
Many of our agents are averaging 12-15 sales per week using our webinar-based model!
