Utilize basic computer skills for inventory lookups, CRM entries, and email communications.
Maintain a professional and kind demeanor, ensuring customers have a positive dealership experience.
Help ensure the dealership floor is welcoming and that all customer interactions are handled with discipline and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Previous experience in auto sales or a used car dealership environment is highly preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
