Position Summary:

Aeromark Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Outside Sales Associate to join our team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, knows how to close sales with a strong presentation, and is committed to pursuing a lasting career with us. This role involves managing daily sales operations and building excellent customer relationships. Responsibilities:

Drive HVAC department sales and profitability by leveraging your skills and collaborating with the team.

Utilize industry knowledge and sales expertise to improve the bid-to-sale ratio.

Effectively manage time and estimation processes to ensure successful project outcomes.

Promptly respond to customer sales leads and provide efficient, professional follow-ups.

Oversee and support installation and service technicians to ensure high-quality results for customers.

Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for preparing accurate proposals.

Create professional proposals using company-specific templates.

Collaborate with the administrator to review and process customer billing in a timely manner.

Promote and sell routine maintenance contracts to balance seasonal workload fluctuations.

Lead, mentor, and train team members to maximize their performance and maintain a positive work environment.

Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry or a proven track record of closing sales for 3+ years.

In-depth knowledge of various HVAC systems, including split systems, ductless systems, PTACs, VRF, and RTU systems.

Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC issues for homeowners and customers.

Strong communication and customer service skills to build rapport and ensure satisfaction.

Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (current abstract required).

Ability to pass a criminal background check successfully.

Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus!

Project Management experience is a plus!
