Immediate Revenue Impact:Â This role is to support the Practice in generating winning Proposals to assist in driving New Business for the firm, while freeing up billable resources to focus on client projects versus RFP development.
Replacement or New Position:Â New Position
Job Description:Â This role will report directly into the Practice with a dotted line relationship to the firms Proposal Director.Â
Purpose:Â This role will facilitate the effective management of the RFP Process
Scope:
Interact daily with Practice Pursuit teams to oversee and manage Proposal responses
Populate, Organize, and Retrieve content in Proposal software
Solicit SMEs for content answers
Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate cadence of team calls to through submission
Create and monitor Responsibility Matrix
Build Proposal Templates
Pull sample Executive Summaries
Populate Q&A content where available in RFP drafts
Populate Attachments
Respond to Advisor Survey Questionnaires
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Good interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to work with virtual teams
Experience in supporting a team of people preferably within a sales environment
Excellent communication skills required
Excellent writing skills required
Flexible to work extended hours per business requirements
Experience with Proposal Management Software (e.g. RFP365) and Salesforce.com
MS Office skills, predominately Word and Excel
