Job Description
The Account Coordinator I received sufficient authority from, and is accountable to the customer service manager or appointed designate for the successful completion of assigned duties and responsibilities and has the authority to take action necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position
The Account Coordinator I has authority to identify the occurrence of departures from the quality system or from the procedures for carrying out sample registration and reporting, so long as such action does not deviate from established company guidelines, is consistent with sound business or technical judgement, and follows the practices of the laboratory.
Qualifications
- Responsible for verifying batches
- Responsible for adding retest and Eurofins' Laboratory Information Management System (eLIMS) updates from the lab (completion of late sample notification tool requests).
- Responsible for modifying reports (I.E - adding judgements).
- Responsible for delegating request from Sample Registration and Laboratory Managers.
- Responsible for appropriately reassigning request to Account Managers or Account Administrators
- Promotes a team environment and assists as needed
- Responsive, independent problem solver who is action oriented
- Skilled at Completing semi-repetitive tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
High school Diploma and computer experience with Microsoft Office
