Job Description

To create a welcoming environment at the branch, with focused attention on customer service and ensuring accurate and timely input of data into the operating system in compliance with the Quality System requirements.

  • Greet customers when they enter the branch
  • General office administration including the operation of telephone system, daily mail distribution and other support duties
  • Data entry of worksheets and timesheets
  • Collation and distribution of creditor invoices
  • Raising supplier purchase orders and receipting of goods received
  • Ensure the integrity and flow of documents that support the Quality system within the workshop and office eg printing of Job Books, initiation of Work Orders, load valve details ( where known ) for worksheet preparation , ensuring Workshop Supervisor is advised of incorrectly completed worksheets etc.
  • Assist with maintaining the workshop equipment register, guage calibration & certification
  • Assist with Stocktake
  • Ensure there is sufficient detail on current workload to enable efficient hand-over.

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. A polite friendly manner and is able to handle difficult people in a professional manner. Honest, reliable and operate with integrity. Demonstrate a can do attitude and able to take initiative. An excellent communicator who treats all those they are in contact with, with respect. Is well organised, able to multitask and isdeadline driven. Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised. Be flexibleand be able to think on one's feet.

Qualifications
