Pastry Hourly Sous Chef - Eataly Flatiron

A Pastry Hourly Sous Chef supervises and participates in the transformation of high-quality ingredients into delicious Italian pastries in accordance with Eataly’s recipes. Reports to the Pastry Chef De Cuisine and the Pastry Sous Chef Manager.Leads the Pastry Team in the preparation of pastries, tiramisu, cannoli, cookies, brioches, gelato and other Italian desserts in accordance with Eataly’s standardsFollows recipes and complies with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures, and Department of Health regulationsWashes and cleans all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for productionPerforms other duties as required or assigned
