Job Description

Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Product Manager to work remotely on contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the full product life cycle as well as planning and organizing tasks related to the development and growth of the applications supported. This opportunity requires industry knowledge and brokerage settlement processing acumen and familiarity with the Broadridge BPS platform. You will track, manage and implement client, regulatory and industry changes in order to ensure their products are kept current to industry standards.

The Product Manager works closely with the Product Assurance, Development, Professional Service and Conversions onboarding teams to provide product guidance and support. They must be able to drive the discussions as the SME with both business and system knowledge. They will coordinate projects and teams for timely deliverables,

Key Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-client discussions (agenda, project list, minute reviews)
  • Understand emerging client functionality and business needs and the creation of offerings to meet these needs
  • Coordinate change implementation process with internal departments, external parties and client testing/client signoff
  • Align with management and other product managers to determine prioritization of portfolio development
  • Conduct presentations, demos, webinars with expert knowledge of the products supported
  • Conversion oversight and support
  • Assist in reviewing test plans for improvements and coordination of end to end testing
  • Lead projects through the entire SDLC which includes requirements, project management, testing and implementation to production meeting predetermined SLA’s
  • Understand Market and Client Dynamics in order to provide expert solutions
  • Adept at SDLC and meeting deliverables
  • Ability to establish and prioritize deadlines
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Provide support for client issues which includes researching and responding within the pre-defined timeframes

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or similar
  • A detailed oriented self-starter with excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive BPS experience, specifically Settlements and CAGE
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work off hours/weekends as required
  • Ability to travel offsite when required
