Job Description
Who you areDES’s Marketing team is looking for an impact-motivated sales enablement professional who will be responsible for designing, delivering, and executing sales enablement initiatives and onboarding programs that will elevate sales performance. The successful candidate understands the intricacies of innovative sales enablement programs and looks tactically at howto support oradapt for new product launches. This person knows how to drive results across multiple teams and highlights a keen desire to take ownership.
What you’ll doStrive to understand the products and customers to be able to identify how to improve sales performance
Work closely with sales leadership to identify topics, resources, and sequencing for sales onboarding and training
Collaborate with marketing and product to support any new product launches and provide supporting training
Manage the LMS that is used for onboarding and training across the team
Partners with sales managers to identify sales resource gaps and work with the marketing team to create new content that fills those gaps
Qualifications
- You have 3+ years prior experience in Sales Enablement and 5+ years of total work experience
You have a proactive, consultative approach and can navigate working with multiple teams
You know how to prioritize and can move quickly
You can manage a program from end to end: designing, scoping, implementing, running, and measuring for improvement
You are data-driven and know how to build programs that meet the defined objectives
Bonus points if you have worked with sales or developers before!
