Job Title: Sr Business Analyst.Location: North Brunswick, NJ and travel to client location New York on demand. Duration: 24 Months PlusShould be willing to go onsite once/twice a week. (NY)Description:1) 8 to 12 years of experience working with the Business Owners, to gather and document business needs and requirements on moderately complex projects.2) Develop and prepare documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches.3) Develop structured diagrams for the specifications of databases, communication systems,4) Maintain data dictionary by revising and entering definitions. Must have ability to create data mapping requirements.5) Responsible for managing change requests, risk and issues by ensuring that maximum business benefit is maintained as well as provision of regular project status updates.6) Work with agency staff to plan program code implementation, enhancements and changes.
