- Business Analyst with Salesforce background
- Act as liaison between our users and technical team, providing excellent production support as a point person for any questions related to Salesforce.com
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document design requirements and provide development requirements to our technical team
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Handle basic administrative functions such as custom report and dashboard building, setup of new users and user account maintenance, sharing rules, permission sets and other routine tasks
- Ability to build and maintain custom objects/fields, validation rules, layouts, profiles, chatter groups and email templates to optimize business processes is a plus
- Create and manage break/fix and enhancements tickets related to Salesforce.com
- Responsible for user acceptance testing of break/fix and enhancement tickets, ensuring implementation work meets user requirements and doesn’t degrade other business processes on the platform
- Proactively seek out and identify system changes
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to our company
- Create and facilitate ongoing training programs for the sales and service organizations, training new employees on Salesforce.com as part of onboarding
