OSEM USA markets food products in the US Kosher, Gluten Free and Food Service markets!Hybrid Role - Office days Monday, Wednesday ThursdayPOSITION SUMMARY:The specialist role is crucial in ensuring excellent service and our commercial success.In this role you will lead the support of all IT and EDI activities, including:
Being SPOC (single point of contact) for all IT related activities inc Budget management.
Leading all EDI processes with our customers and 3PL.
Day to day trouble shutting those effects our systems and daily work routines (mainly SAP1).
Focal point for all our support vendors & partners inc manages vendor agreements:
Di-central, OpenText, ASKI, Vision 33, G7 (Board) and internal support from NUSA & OSEM IL IT etc
Support office technical needs – SAP1/GLOBE, Copier & Scanner, LAN, WAN and WLAN, Microsoft TEAMS, remote connection, Global protect VPN, Citrix, ZScaler (web proxy), Laptops installation etc.
Support onboarding and offboarding employees: Requesting new user account / closing accounts (Open tickets and follow up
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating new reports from SAP B1 according to requirements.
Get quotes for specific projects and work on finalizing contracts with vendors.
Ensure all EDI transactions and workflow are working correctly.
Work closely with NUSA to comply with IT security and compliance protocols.
Manage the IT Audit assessment and close gaps.
Develop SOP & Train office personal on daily trouble shutting that can be done independently
EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer information systems or other relevant IT degree
3-5 years’ experience supporting IT infrastructure and IT Operations.
Working experience with cross functional teams both domestic and abroad
Experienced in SAP B1, Networks (LAN / WAN), IT security and Windows environment.
Problem solver with an intrinsic drive for performance – drive to solve problems.
Pro-active, result oriented and operating well in a team environment.
Ability to work Independently, strong time management & ability to prioritize activities.
IT literate: Excel (pivot, vlookup, visual basics), SAP and / or other reporting tools
Must be highly organized & detail oriented.
Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
