Job Summary: This is a key technical position in the SAP Basis and Commerce Cloud administration team. The role of this position is to administrate and manage the SAP Commerce Cloud Systems in CCV2, System, and performance monitoring of CCV2 Based application workloads including alerts, log and notification management for cloud solutions. The job requires a high degree of analysis, innovative and creative problem solving of SAP Commerce Cloud application' s day-to-day issues and deployments, and collaboration with multiple in-house IT, Digital Development, and SAP Teams. The position offers a career path to grow into higher-level technical roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge and proficiency working on SAP Commerce Cloud implementations and hands-on experience on Hybris core architecture.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with SCPI (BTP), integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP ECC, S4HANA using SCPI, APIs and RFC calls and Synchronous and Asynchronous pricing, stock, OMS integrations through RFC, Restful, SOAP Web Services, JMS.
  • Prior work experience in implementing SAP products predominantly SAP Hybris and SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Working knowledge in end-to-end implementation of Hybris or SAP Commerce Cloud projects involving various versions of B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and D2C etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP CCV2 Portal (e.g., Deployments, Services, Endpoints, Security, Hosts, etc).
  • Prior experience directly handling SAP Commerce Cloud Deployments through their Incident portal in both SAP Infrastructure (CCV1) and in Azure public cloud (CCV2).
  • Prior experience implementing and customizing SAP Commerce Cloud products involving various modules like WCMS, Cart and Checkout, Promotions, Multi-country multi-language websites, Processing, Platform and Core, Personalization, Bundling, PIM, Backoffice customization, Apache Solr. Strong proficiency in application management and troubleshooting incidents using various tools like HAC, Backoffice, Dynatrace, KIBANA, Splunk and Grafana, etc.
  • Experience as a Backend Engineer working on all aspects of a consumer-facing enterprise-level Hybris B2C, B2B applications (e.g., Storefront, OCC, BackOffice, SmartEdit, etc.) and SAP Commerce (Hybris) 2005 or higher version.
  • Hands-on experience in customizing Hybris based e-Commerce Applications, Hybris CMS and e-commerce suite(WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products)
  • Prior working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools and methodology of Splunk, Dynatrace in order to solve problems and provide solutions.
  • Experience creating various alerts, notifications, and dashboards in Splunk for a given issue and dataset.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynatrace tool for performance and system health monitoring checks.
  • Experience deriving problem areas by analyzing various modules of Dynatrace like performance metrics, user sessions, transactions and services and calculating dependencies check among various problem paths.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and underlying issues in the system by using event driven Dynatrace problem identification and request monitoring graphs.
  • Strong knowledge on Cloud infrastructure, hosting solutions, configuration-driven system solutions, and logging frameworks.

Required Skills: Bachelor' s and/or Master' s degree in Computer Science or comparable subject area.

Minimum 3+ years experience in SAP Commerce Cloud in the following areas (System Administration in CCV2, System and Performance Monitoring, Alerts and Notification management).

Proven experience with Log Management for Cloud Solutions

SAP commerce /Hybris certification preferred

Good understanding of E-commerce based complex systems in terms of architecture and data flow preferably in SAP Commerce.

Performance monitoring and load tests frameworks

Extensive experience in Linux and Windows servers administration including infrastructure and its scalability.

Proven experience with key network protocols like TCP, HTTP(s), SFTP, and web services-based communications.

Experience with forward-looking digital transformation strategies

Experience with SAP KYMA or equivalent Kubernetes experience desirable

Hands on development experience in Hybris e-commerce platform(B2C and B2B platforms)

Familiarity with data privacy concepts (GDPR, PCI, HIPAA) and tech solution design around 3rd party API' s to handle core pieces of the B2C application (Payment Gateways, External ORM' s, External user.

Familiar with Atlassian Confluence, JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, Slack and Dropbox. #RecruitPS
