Job Description

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
  • Case management of CTP files
  • Coaching and mentoring for the CTP team
  • Liaisingwith clients, insurers, medical practitioners andemployersto achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
  • Designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that assist injured clients back to independence

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role

  • Qualifications & registration in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 12 months experience working on CTP claims
  • Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence essential)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
