Job Description
As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:- Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
- Case management of CTP files
- Coaching and mentoring for the CTP team
- Liaisingwith clients, insurers, medical practitioners andemployersto achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
- Designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that assist injured clients back to independence
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role- Qualifications & registration in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 12 months experience working on CTP claims
- Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence essential)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
