- Experience in supporting and implementing SAP ISU FICA solution for Electric, Gas or Water utilities
- Strong functional expertise in SAP ISU FICA, covering payment processing, dunning, returns, BRF+, write-offs, batch processing and integration with other ISU and SAP ERP modules
- Ability to act as an onshore functional lead / primary point of contact to the client; and work with offshore team to facilitate service delivery
- Experience of working with service level based AMS engagement
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of SAP FICO would be an advantage
- Should have good communication skills and should have worked independently
