Role : SAP Transportation Management Location : Parsippany, NJ 07054 Duration : 12 Months Job Details: - Resource has to have knowledge in transport management. Has to work with closely with client. Has to coordinate with Offshore works. Has to work independently and has to work in shifts as it is support project. Work on all phases of SAP TM (Transportation Management) implementation which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support. Experience on SAP TM Master Data Management - Product, Business Partner, Dangerous goods Transportation network (locations, routes and zones) Resources (Vehicles, trailers, Handing units). Experience of SAP TM business process: Inbound and outbound Shipments (Domestic and International). Experience on Transportation Execution (Carrier Selection, Tendering, Delivery and Shipment proposals) Experience of Integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, Event Management, GTS, EHS, EWM Should have good exposure specifically in areas of Shipment Optimization planning, Vehicle Scheduling, Transportation execution, Freight Settlement, LSP planning, etc Should have experience in SAP TM configuration experience for Master data, Forwarding Order Management, Freight unit building rule, Planning, Freight Order Management, Charge Calculation. Experience on Process weaver is must. Experience in O2C or M2D business process area is an advantage Strong functional and communication skills Lead the team and front end customer requires and issues Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders Recommend and take action directing the analysis and solution of problems with our managed service provider Support ITIL processes including, but not limited to Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Release Management and Configuration Management. Ensure that all Enterprise Applications processes integrate seamlessly with managed service vendors' processes Deliver a robust metrics reporting capability in support of all Application ITIL processes, including monthly SLA reporting for all relevant leaders Ensure vendor management best practices are in place and drive metrics and related vendor performance reviews on a monthly basis.
