Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Desktop Support Tech for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Hospitality Services clients in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities :
- The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our corporate and remote locations for computers, peripherals, and applications.
- The Desktop Support Technician will also assist cross functional teams.
- Provide Desk Side and phone support to our local and remote customers while resolving all Incidents/Service Requests within identified service levels.
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting of all Desktop problems related to hardware, peripherals, applications, and overall system performance.
- Perform installs, moves, adds or changes (IMAC) to meet customer needs.
- Work with vendors as needed to resolve computer and/or application issues.
- Document fix procedures and populate knowledge base so procedures can be shared across all Client Services teams.
