- An out of the box thinker who can recommend & execute improvements to the portfolio management function
- A self-starter and high energy; willingness to support others; learn and grow; MS Office skills, including Excel
- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve, streamline and automate processes
- Poised and composed interaction with all levels of the organization; ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- 4 or more years of previous project or program management experience and skills
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Experience with Clarity software
- Experience with Jira software (preferred)
