URGENT NEED - Senior Informatica MDM Developer - #Remote

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 months + contract (with annual renewals)

Hired Developer will be responsible and accountable for the successful implementation of technical solutions. He may act as a technical liaison between the client and IQVIA teams, design and develop project deliverables completed on-time within budget and all project deliverables are met with quality. Projects include master data management, primarily focused on Informatica MDM 10.x and Customer 360. This role will also be under the direction of our Client's customer's acting as a functional member of their MDM team.

Job Responsibilities Contributing member of projects from initiation through final implementation and takes ownership for success or failure. Prepares detailed design and workflow using tools and methodology that is consistent with client standards. Performs Risk Management activities consistent with organizational requirements Understands the client business requirements/challenges, and provides thought leadership and technical solution. Responsible and accountable for overall design approach and implementation of the technical solution. Works closely with team members to ensure issues are addressed promptly and properly and escalates issues to the management as necessary Ensures project deliverables are met with quality and on-time. Provide status updates to project management and the organization as required Exercises authority to make decisions and resolve disputes and understands when to escalate to the management. Deliver a quality product on time, on spec and within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. Must be able to document in advance if any of these targets cannot be met and recommend adaptive action. Act as technical liaison between the customer and Client internal teams, maintains good relationship with the customer and ensures customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience 8-10 years of master data management experience including Informatica MDM 10.x and/or Customer 360 Hands on working knowledge and experience in one or more of the following solution platforms: Good working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL), and handling large data volume. Integration of data from multiple systems/sources such as SFA, Expense Systems, Customer Master, Disparate local systems/databases. ETL tools preferably Informatica IICS or Powercenter, IDQ Prior experience with Pharmaceuticals preferred. Strong knowledge on data modeling including relation data model, dimensional data model and data slices. Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams. Excellent knowledge with Software Development Life Cycle processes and standards. Very good knowledge using Microsoft Office tools including MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint and Microsoft Project. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Strong planning, problem solving skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, managers and other departments.
