In this position, you will be responsible for the execution of the GMP Audit triage process, by performing pre-screening activities across global company user sites and external vendors, to assure audit viability prior to assignment to auditors for scheduling, as well as other related audit preparation activities

Summary of role:

  • Perform timely audit triage activities of GMP vendor audits, to confirm audit viability prior to assignment to auditors for scheduling and execution. Triage activities include but are not limited to communication with company user sites to confirm vendor usage, communication with vendors to confirm audit acceptance, and communication with the RQA audit planning function for audit disposition.
  • Track, summarize, report, and escalate any issues identified during audit triage for monitoring and resolution.
  • Trend audits triaged according to established process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate audits triaged for disposition and viable audits for scheduling to the RQA audit planning function.
  • Monitor changes to viability of vendor audits assigned to auditors for scheduling but not yet executed.

Are you interested? The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA operations.
  • Strong working knowledge and proficient user of Microsoft suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, and oral and written communication skills.
