Job Description:
Position Summary This role is responsible for capturing and refiningPayments/Transfers related business and/or systemrequirements. Key responsibilities include working withstakeholders to understand their needs, analyzeproblems, and capture their requirements, and thenworking closely with the Development Team to refine therequirement into specifications that can be executed bythe team. They possess a working knowledge of thebusiness and/or technical domain based on theirspecialization. - Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time.
- Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.
- Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.
- Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation and conflict management skills.
- Intermediate Word and Excel.
