Job Description:

EAE is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead that will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for a large program that's mission is to improve the working experience for development teams across Global Technology and help them improve how they deliver software solutions. Key responsibilities include communicating the target outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the program. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost. They facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.

Required Skills:
  • This individual will be expected to possess full proficiency in the following areas:
  • Program Delivery Track record of managing complex initiatives that span multiple organizations at the bank.
  • Experienced with the bank change framework and standards.
  • Transformational Leadership Experience leading large-scale change efforts that have a significant impact on how users work.
  • A strategic thinker, with political experience, that can endure and overcome challenges and unexpected changes.
  • Organizational Skills and Time Management Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, manage to plan, compartmentalize projects, and maintain good documentation.
  • Teambuilding Ability to build relationships, empower team members, and being able to collaborate with different functions in the organization as these are critical to the overall success of the DevEx programs.
  • Communication Communicate with stakeholders and leaders, explaining priorities and constraints, and communicating effectively using all methods including in large group sessions.
  • Influencing and Negotiating Skilled at influencing and negotiating to advance the learning deliverables and experienced in making tradeoffs.
  • Stakeholder Management Diplomatic skills to manage expectations; understand stakeholder desires, needs, and requirements; and seek to collaborate with them to get the job done.
