Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, seasoned, full-stack web engineer to build out and manage new applications using the latest standards, methodologies and frameworks. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years' recent experience with the required skills listed below, with at least 10 years in overall IT experience.

The engineer will be expected to:
  • Be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries
  • Understand and convert macro level requirements into actionable tasks
  • Understand the continuous integration and continuous deployment lifecycle
  • Understand threat modeling concepts and how to implement them
  • Understand accessibility standards and how to implement them
  • Adhere to Enterprise Data Management Standards
  • Design and implement the overall web architecture

Required Skills:
  • 10 years of overall IT experience
  • At least three years' experience with:
    • Angular
    • Relevant back-end programming languages (C#)
    • Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
    • Experience with .NET Framework 4+ (and/or experience with .NET Core)
    • Experience with ASP.NET MVC
  • Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework-both front-end and back-end, if necessary (e.g., React )
  • Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
  • Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT Service Management/ITIL processes and tools
  • Proficiency with Git

Desired Job Skills:
  • Experience working in a leadership capacity
  • REST API connectivity programming concepts
  • WCF and/or Web Services
  • Ajax fundamentals
