Program Manager (PMCAS-21-1024-W): Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to join our team at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ to support the PM CAS contract. The Program Manager serves as a principal point of representation and liaison to the government on all operational matters. Other responsibilities include: • Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the contract. • Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of the contract. • Ensures adherence to contract plans and schedules, develops solutions to contract problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to contract. • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. • Acts as advisor to contractor team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
