Senior Analyst (PMCCS-21-0991-F): Bowhead seeks a Senior Analyst to provide support for the PMCCS contract at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. Candidate must have an understanding of international cooperation programs and regulations. Must be thoroughly familiar with Defense Acquisition Life Cycle, especially concept development and technological maturity/risk reduction phases. Must have familiarity with Foreign comparative Testing, Armaments cooperation, OSD oversight, and DASA-DEC. Candidate will assist in providing technical and analytical recommendations to assigned PM CCS Project Officers regarding technologies, concepts, and/or systems in the investigation of relevant technologies and solutions with application to requirements. The candidate shall coordinate with various lead points of contacts in order to provide efficient Program Management Support. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. A graduate degree in Business is also desired, but not required. • Should have at least 10 - 15 years professional experience as an Analyst and supervisory experience on complex or similar programs relevant to the PM CCS programs SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. Possessing an active Secret clearance preferred. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
