- At least 5 years of relevant experience in ETL/data migration testing
- Experience as ETL tester with strong SQL, DB and ETL testing experience
- Experience with Data Migration and Data Conversion testing
- Knowledge and experience of RDBMS, data modelling and SQL
- Experience in developing automated QA test suites using Data migration tool
- Should be able to validate test data for the assigned module and help to create specific mitigation actions for identified risk
- Should be able to develop and validate test designs, test strategy and test plans, including scenarios, types of testing, number of cycles of testing required and ensure readiness to begin testing
- Develop/improve existing test automation frameworks or stand-up new test automation frameworks under guidance of senior test leads
- Ability to interact with customers and manage the daily work with offshore team
- Knowledge on insurance and corporate financial application would be preferred
