- Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
- 8+ years of overall project experience as consultant or lead, at least 5 years in Business analysis
- Min 3 projects end-to-end
- At least 3 years of experience working as a BA Lead
- Must have solid Agile experience, certifications (CSM, CSPO) preferred
- Must be familiar with SQL
- 5+ years industry experience in Financial services: Retirement advisory, Annuities/ Life Insurance experience
- Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies,
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
- Experience in driving successful meetings, on target and efficiently using resources
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and indecision towards action
