The Role:

Lead Business Analyst with Retirement Solutions experience

Location: Piscataway, NJ/ Hybrid

You Are:
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
  • 8+ years of overall project experience as consultant or lead, at least 5 years in Business analysis
  • Min 3 projects end-to-end
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a BA Lead
  • Must have solid Agile experience, certifications (CSM, CSPO) preferred
  • Must be familiar with SQL
  • 5+ years industry experience in Financial services: Retirement advisory, Annuities/ Life Insurance experience
  • Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies,
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in driving successful meetings, on target and efficiently using resources
  • Experience in navigating ambiguity and indecision towards action
