Please note that this is a 6 months contract position. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager and will assist the team in the following areas: Analyzing and processing multiple types of invoice submissions and rebate payments. Review and approve payments within a specific threshold as needed. Work closely with our team and business partners to ensure accurate and timely payment. Perform additional administrative duties including using KOFAX scanner and upfront logging to support the quarterly processing cycle as needed. Follow Medicaid Operational Guidelines, SOPs and WIS, to ensure completeness and accuracy of payments. Provide critical analysis of data and payment trending utilizing various sources of data.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a minimum of five years of overall business experience is required. Experience in Medicaid invoice rebate processing is highly required. Supervisory experience is highly preferred. Must have the ability to work with large amounts of data, and experience with contracting systems is also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, in addition to advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups and macros. Sound business knowledge and experience in relation to contracting and contract compliance is required, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
