Looking for an energetic and collaborative person who is adept at implementing process improvements across several teams; Acts as project leader in support of large, complex, and multi-functional Network Systems’ Programs; tracks progress of various major projects and documents/notifies of any delays; Organize and lead small groups to resolve complex business problems - Work with business customers to understand requirements and develop specifications for large-sized projects.Oversees, coordinates, and participates in organizational, operational, and procedural analyses to determine information input, work processes, and desired output for potential and/or up dated computerization for a large number of users in support of a multi departmental or county wide applications; reviews and analyzes a variety of forms, documents, reports, data output, and record-keeping requirement.Skill set Requirements:7+ years of Project management Experience3+ years of Agile PM experience and Agile SAFe methodologies5+ years of experience with JIRAGood understanding of DevOpsExperience in generating periodic JIRA reports to share different stats about the projectExperience in conducting scrum, Sprint planning, Retrospective and Project planning sessionAbility to create good project reports to cater to broader group - Leadership, business stakeholdersExcellent communication skillsExperience in Telecommunications industryExperience in Release management - Release Planning, CoordinationExperience in Risk Assessment, Risk mitigationEducational requirement:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, significant project management is required.
